Wine Selections for Thanksgiving

Join our resident Director of Wine Education on Thursday, November 14 (come a little early and enjoy a light dinner from Windridge Kitchen), or on Sunday November 17 for a Windridge Wine Education Series class and glass focussing on wine and food pairing for your Thanksgiving table.  

After a welcoming pour of Sparkling Portrayal, guests will be guided through a tasting of four Windridge wines, the 2022 Chardonnay Reserve, 2022 Rosé, 2021 Chambourcin and 2021 Seneca. Along with Windridge wines, we will taste a Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon and a Sauvignon Blanc from Wairarapa, New Zealand. 

We will pair the wines with elevated light Thanksgiving fare including Roasted Turkey Breast with a Chambourcin gravy, Roasted Cauliflower (Vegan, Vegetarian, GF), Chestnut herb dressing (Vegetarian) and Roasted Root Vegetable Ragout (Vegetarian, Vegan, GF), all made by our in-house Windridge Chef. 

This class is an immersive and interactive tasting experience created for wine lovers, novices and connoisseurs alike.
Tickets include pours of wines paired with elevated light fare.
